ReplyDeleteOH MY GOODNESS!!!! I can't stop crying tears of joy! Our family has been praying for a family for Phoebe ever since we saw her picture on the RR website last December. We prayed that God would provide a way for us to adopt her but in the end felt that God was not leading us to adopt right now. Most nights our four year old reminds us to pray for her that God would send her a family. I just went to RR to see her picture again and saw that your family has committed to her. I can't even begin to tell you how very excited I am. And I absolutely love the new pictures of Phoebe that you posted. She is such a precious little girl.
